Potential sites for Solidspace development
At Solidspace, we specialise in unlocking the value of small sites through our split-level living model. We are looking for more small plots of land which are less than 0.25ha (2,500 sq m) and suitable for a Solidspace project – whether it is a single house, a number of houses or an apartment block.
We have a tract record of crafting new homes that enhance the local area and working with award-winning architects to respond to each site and its unique context. You can see our completed projects here.
If you are interested in a free initial assessment of your land email us on hello@solidspace.co.uk. Our initial review of your site and its potential for a Solidspace scheme will include a phone call (or exchange of emails) to understand your requirements, a site visit (location dependent) and desktop analysis of site conditions, planning history and capacity.
As each small site has its unique challenges and requirements, we will deal with enquiries on a case-by-case basis and will aim to respond within two weeks of your initial enquiry.
